* Bug fix: "pbuilder-satisfydepends-classic should pass
-o APT::Install-Recommends=false to apt-get", thanks to Daniel Schepler
(Closes: #448562).
* set /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/15pbuilder so that Install-Recommends is false.
