* debian/TODO: note that TODO item, support building without
root is implemented.
Running as non-root in the build process is implemented through
the fakeroot options, so that entry goes away, too.
* AUTHORS: update the little story.
* THANKS: update a bit.
* pbuilder-buildpackage (BUILD_PID): quote properly
