If I put something like the below in my index.mdwn

But posts doesn't exist, I get the following in index.html
<input type="hidden" name="do" value="blog" />
<input type="hidden" name="from" value="" />
<input type="hidden" name="subpage" value="1" />
When I create posts (touch posts.mdwn), I get the following in index.html
<input type="hidden" name="do" value="blog" />
<input type="hidden" name="from" value="posts" />
<input type="hidden" name="subpage" value="1" />
