apply the big mercurial patch

* mercurial: openid nicknames are now used when committing. (Daniel Andersson)
* mercurial: implement rcs_commit_staged so comments, attachments, etc
  can be used. (Daniel Andersson)
* mercurial: fix viewing of a diff containing non-utf8 changes.
