store: Add 'find-roots' RPC.
* guix/serialization.scm (read-string-pairs): New procedure. * guix/store.scm (read-arg): Add support for 'string-pairs'. (find-roots): New procedure. * tests/store.scm ("add-indirect-root and find-roots"): New test.
