git: Remove unused variables.
This is a followup to 298f9d29d6c26e408a90d08d147d926aa6f81ab3, which
left those variables despite being unnecessary.
* guix/git.scm (clone*, update-cached-checkout): Remove unused
'auth-method' variable.
