gnu: libgxps: Fix CVE-2017-11590.
* gnu/packages/patches/libgxps-CVE-2017-11590.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (libgxps)[source]: Use it.
