gnu: python-duckdb: Disable parallel tests.
Running tests with "--numprocesses" more than 16 makes them shaky, see
<https://ci.guix.gnu.org/build/5070646/log/raw>.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-duckdb) [arguments]:
<#:test-flags>: Remove "--numprocesses" option.
[native-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-PYTEST-XDIST.
