gnu: cups, cups-minimal: Update to 2.2.8.
* gnu/packages/cups.scm (cups-minimal): Update to 2.2.8. [source]: Remove patch... * gnu/packages/patches/cups-fix-builds-without-PAM.patch: ...delete... * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): ..and remove it.
