gnu: libtommath: Prevent possible integer overflow.
* gnu/packages/multiprecision.scm (libtommath)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/libtommath-integer-overflow.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
