gnu: eigen: Update to 3.4.0.
* gnu/packages/algebra.scm (eigen): Update to 3.4.0.
* gnu/packages/patches/eigen-fix-strict-aliasing-bug.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/eigen-remove-openmp-error-counting.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/eigen-stabilise-sparseqr-test.patch: Delete files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Update accordingly.
