gnu: findutils: Fix bootstrap on aarch64-linux and armhf-linux.
* gnu/packages/patches/findutils-test-rwlock-threads.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (findutils)[source](patches): Add it.
