* gnu/packages/machine-learning.scm (xgboost, python-xgboost): Update to
1.7.6.
(python-xgboost)[arguments]: Remove #:test-flags and disable tests.
* gnu/packages/patches/xgboost-use-system-dmlc-core.patch: Update patch.
