gnu: gemma: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (gemma)[source]: Add snippet to remove
bundled sources.
[native-inputs]: Add catch-framework2-1, perl, shunit2, which.
[arguments]: Don't disable tests. Override 'check phase.
