gnu: python-ufo2ft: Don't use pytest-runner.
pytest-runner is deprecated and does not work properly with the newer
setuptools in Python 3.10 for this package.
* gnu/packages/fontutils.scm (python-ufo2ft)[arguments]: Override check
phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-PYTEST-RUNNER.
