gnu: Add cctools.
* gnu/packages/darwin.scm: New file. * gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it. * gnu/packages/darwin.scm (cctools): New variable. Signed-off-by: Ludovic Courtès <ludo@gnu.org>
