guix: Add xtensa-ath9k-elf platform.
* Makefile.am (MODULES): Add guix/platforms/xtensa.scm.
* guix/platforms/xtensa.scm (xtensa-ath9k-elf): New variable.
* doc/guix.texi: Add xtensa-ath9k-elf documentation.
