home: services: Add home-startx-command-service-type.

* gnu/home/services/desktop.scm (home-startx-command-service-type): New
variable.
(startx-command-service-type): New service-type mapping.
* doc/guix.texi (Guix Home Services): Document
home-startx-command-service-type.
