guix build: Add ‘--development’ option.
* guix/scripts/build.scm (show-help, %options): Add ‘-D’. (options->things-to-build): Change ‘append-map’ to a loop. Honor ‘-D’. * tests/guix-build.sh: Add test. * doc/guix.texi (Additional Build Options): Document it.
