gnu: python-hypercorn: Remove "python-" prefix from name.
Hypercorn is mainly a CLI application but also supports a module interface.
* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-hypercorn): New deprecated variable.
(hypercorn): Renamed from the respective above.
