pedigree rename to parentlinks: rename/adapt everything
* Renamed to parentlinks every single variable or function called
pedigree
* Removed the parentlinks function from Render.pm
* Enabled the new parentlinks plugin by default
* Adapted testsuite and documentation to reflate the above facts
