package: Add --manifest option.
* guix/scripts/package.scm (show-help): Add help text.
(%options): Add manifest option.
(guix-package): Add manifest option handler.
* doc/guix.texi ("Invoking guix package"): Document it.
* tests/guix-package.sh: Add test.
