gnu: flann: Move .mex file to a separate "octave" output.
That way the closure of flann:out is down from 1 GiB
to 290 MiB.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (flann)[outputs]: New field.
[arguments]: Add 'set-octave-directory' phase.
