* gnu/packages/patches/arb-flint-2.6.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/algebra.scm (arb): Update to 2.18.1.
[source](patches): Remove.
