gnu: glibc-for-bootstrap: Remove obsolete patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/glibc-static-nss.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/make-bootstrap.scm (glibc-for-bootstrap)[source](patches):
Remove it.
