gnu: alsa-lib: fix atomic op declarations for MIPS.
* gnu/packages/patches/alsa-lib-mips-atomic-fix.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (alsa-lib): Add patch.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add patch.
