gnu: Add java-powermock-reflect.
* gnu/packages/java.scm (java-powermock-reflect): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/java-powermock-fix-java-files.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
