gnu: nss: Increase test timeouts.
* gnu/packages/patches/nss-increase-test-timeout.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/gnuzilla.scm (nss)[source]: Use it.
