gnu: evilwm: Add patch for lost-focus bug.
* gnu/packages/patches/evilwm-lost-focus-bug.patch: New patch.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/wm.scm (evilwm)[source]: Use it.
