services: ganeti: Use TLS on the remote API by default.
* gnu/services/ganeti.scm (<ganeti-rapi-configuration>): Set SSL? to #t.
* gnu/tests/ganeti.scm (%ganeti-os): Set SSL? to #f.
* doc/guix.texi (Virtualization Services): Adjust accordingly.
