Revert "Revert "install: Pass "modprobe.blacklist=radeon".""
This reverts commit 73ddcab6075f60ef9b3cd72a35fbf7f5d622b6ef.
Blacklisting has become necessary again on my AMD machines, else
the installer screen stays black.
