gnu: sbc: Fix build on non-x86 architectures.
* gnu/packages/patches/sbc-fix-build-non-x86.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly. * gnu/packages/linux.scm (sbc)[source](patches): New field.
