gnu: dune-common: Skip tests that fail on aarch64-linux.
* gnu/packages/patches/dune-common-skip-failing-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (dune-common)[source]: Add it
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
