gnu: qemu: Update to 2.11.1.
* gnu/packages/patches/qemu-CVE-2017-15038.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/qemu-CVE-2017-15289.patch: Delete files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove them.
* gnu/packages/virtualization.scm (qemu): Update to 2.11.1
[source](patches): Remove.
