gnu: nyx: Update to 2.1.0.
* gnu/packages/tor.scm (nyx): Update to 2.1.0.
[source]: Remove patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/nyx-show-header-stats-with-python3.patch:
Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
