gnu: hdf4: Fix non-x86 architectures.
* gnu/packages/patches/hdf4-architectures.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register patch.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (hdf4)[source]: Add patch.
