gnu: gnupg: Fix build on 32-bit architectures.
* gnu/packages/patches/gnupg-test-segfault-on-32bit-arch.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/gnupg.scm (gnupg)[source]: Use it.
