gnu: libxml2: Add fix for CVE-2016-1762.
* gnu/packages/patches/libxml2-CVE-2016-1762.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/xml.scm (libxml2/fixed)[source]: Add patch.
