gnu: git: Install symlinks instead of hard links.
This reduces nar size by a factor of 10. Fixes <http://bugs.gnu.org/21949>. * gnu/packages/version-control.scm (git)[arguments]: Pass NO_INSTALL_HARDLINKS as #:make-flags.
