gnu: Add openbios-qemu-ppc.

* gnu/packages/firmware.scm (make-openbios-package): New procedure.
(openbios-qemu-ppc): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/openbios-gcc-warnings.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
