gnu: python-memcached: Add patch to fix syntax warnings.

* gnu/packages/patches/python-memcached-syntax-warnings.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-memcached)[source]: Add it.
