gnu: wicd: Update to 1.7.4.
* gnu/packages/wicd.scm (wicd): Update to 1.7.4.
[source]: Remove 'wicd-template-instantiation.patch'.
* gnu/packages/patches/wicd-template-instantiation.patch: Remove.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
