gnu: libyaml: Fix CVE-2014-9130.
* gnu/packages/patches/libyaml-CVE-2014-9130.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/web.scm (libyaml): Use it.
