gnu: libwebp: Fix CVE-2016-9085.
* gnu/packages/patches/libwebp-CVE-2016-9085.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/image.scm (libwebp)[source]: Use it.
