gnu: picprog: Fix non-Intel support.
* gnu/packages/patches/picprog-non-intel-support.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it. * gnu/packages/embedded.scm (picprog)[source]: Add patch. [arguments]: Skip building the 'testport' binary.
