gnu: expat: Add fix for CVE-2015-1283.
* gnu/packages/patches/expat-CVE-2015-1283.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/xml.scm (expat)[source]: Add patch.
