* gnu/packages/gnupg.scm (gnupg): Update to 2.1.12. [source]: Remove patch. * gnu/packages/patches/gnupg-simple-query-ignore-status-messages.patch: Remove file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove reference.
