gnu: icecat: Fix build with binutils >= 2.26.
* gnu/packages/patches/icecat-binutils.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/gnuzilla.scm (icecat)[source]: Use it.
