gnu: khal: Update to 0.9.0.
* gnu/packages/calendar.scm (khal): Update to 0.9.0
[source]: Remove obsolete patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/khal-disable-failing-tests.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
