gnu: Add OpenEXR and IlmBase.
* gnu/packages/graphics.scm (ilmbase, openexr): New variables.
* gnu/packages/patches/openexr-missing-samples.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
